The process of applying for admission to graduate school at Penn State requires the following application materials: item 1 is submitted online to The Graduate School. Items 2 through 6 should be sent directly to this graduate program.

1. An official GRADUATE SCHOOL APPLICATION
2. Official transcripts (two (2) copies)
3. Application for a U.S. Visa (International Students Only)
4. Standardized test scores
5. Three letters of recommendation
6. Statement of purpose

• Two official transcripts from all institutions of higher education attended, both undergraduate and graduate.
  • To obtain a Transcript Request Form, click one of the following: View and Print or Type On and Print.
  • International applicants must submit official or attested university records, with certified translations if the records are not in English.
  • Notarized copies are not sufficient.
• Standardized test scores as required.

• Three letters of recommendation.
