Email: cam322@psu.edu I work for Dr. Mary Barbercheck. Her laboratory is focusing on sustainable agriculture. Currently, we’re working on an interdisciplinary research project that focuses on weed management strategies in fields that are being transitioned to organic. We’re interested in how these different strategies effect weed populations, arthropod number and diversity, soil chemical, physical, and biological properties, and crop yield. My responsibilities include the planning and implementation of field work, the processing of research samples in the lab, identification of macroarthropods, the maintenance of nematode cultures, and maintenance on our Transition to Organic website (http://transtoorg.cas.psu.edu/Default.html).
