Degree Sought: M.S. in Entomology

I am currently studying honey bees and their various pests, diseases and viruses with a particular emphasis on inter and intra-colony varroa mite transmission.  With a background in meteorology and atmospheric sciences my research is directing me towards finding a coupling between weather related phenomenon and varroa mite population variations in bee colonies and apiaries.  This information might prove to be useful when finding efficient IPM control tactics that minimize mite populations, devising adequate population forecast models and winning the war against varroa mites.
